Brooke started Knight Financial Home Loans in 2005 and continues to steer the company towards more growth and development each year. His product and industry knowledge is unparalleled. Bringing over 21 years of experience in originating, he has seen it all. Brooke excels at quickly and efficiently matching client needs to lender product and pricing availability. He crafts solutions that ultimately save clients time and money. Brooke’s first love is baseball. He coaches baseball collegiately and professionally both here and abroad. In his 15th season with the Corvallis Knights in 2023, Brooke again led the Corvallis Knights baseball club to their 7th consecutive championship and 10th in 15 years.
Kim Nichols
Kim’s energy and passion is infectious and unmatched when it comes to delivering an extraordinary client experience. She has a level of dedication and commitment that builds strong connections and unwavering trust with her clients. Kim has been in the mortgage industry more years than not, and attributes her longevity and success to her hunger to continually serve. Kim loves the collaborative environment built of strong professionals dedicated to their craft. When she’s not serving clients, Kim enjoys the Pacific Northwest life with her husband, Brad, and their two children.
Samantha Avis
Sam is a dedicated mortgage professional with a strong background in customer service and has worked in the mortgage industry since the beginning of 2020. She is currently pursuing classes to become an educator. This dedication to education compliments Sam’s hands-on experience in the mortgage field, where effective communication and customer support are paramount. Outside of work, Sam enjoys traveling with her husband, Sean, and cherishes time spent with their 10-year-old dog, Bear. Sam looks forward to continuing her growth in the mortgage industry and contributing positively to our clients’ experiences.
Elliot West
Elliot understands that navigating the ever-changing loan industry can be a challenge these days. With constant guideline changes, pricing fluctuations, a range of programs across the board, various parties involved etc, it can be stressful at times. But, with over 20 years experience in the mortgage industry, Elliot can help alleviate all of your worries and take the confusion out of the process by giving you a clear step by step explanation of what’s involved while at the same time using state of the art technology to match your mortgage needs with the correct loan product. Whether you’re a first-time home buyer, investor, move up buyer or current owner, he can cover it all.
Elliot is also aware that maintaining a balance between work and family is very important so when he’s not serving his clients you can find him spending time with his wife and two sons, golfing, staying fit, traveling and anything related to sports and the outdoors.
Ashley Tuter
Ashley takes pride in being a mother to her two wonderful kids and wife to her husband AJ. She is a former business owner and manager of her and her husband’s investment properties. Throughout the years, she has obtained a well-rounded knowledge base related to customer service, loans and property. She goes above and beyond for her clients, and her love for numbers helps her structure loans specifically to each client’s needs. When she’s not crunching numbers, she loves fostering for the local animal shelter, rafting, traveling, and any adventures with her family.
Beau Kerns
Beau has been a Math Educator for the past 7 years at the middle school, high school, and collegiate levels. He’s also been coaching high school and collegiate student athletes since 2013 and wields Best-in-Class organizations skills with a genuine ability to relate to people. His work ethic has served him well in these leadership roles and we are excited to have him on board and joining Team Brooke as he starts his journey in the mortgage industry.
It’s no surprise Beau completed his M.S. in Leadership & Management in 2022 in an intensive 16-week course. You’re really going to enjoy working with Beau as he is a quick learner. We have no doubt he will be a star in our industry.
