In his 15th season with the Corvallis Knights, Brooke again led the Corvallis Knights baseball club to their 7th consecutive championship and 10th in 15 years.

Sam has transitioned from a career in Construction Management to his role as a Loan Officer with Knight Financial. He brings a unique, buyer-focused perspective to the home buying experience. In his spare time he loves spending time with his wife Rachel, and daughters Camden and Emerson, while doing anything outdoors.

Marc enters his 8th year at Knight Financial Home Loans. A graduate of Corban University in Salem, Marc takes his knowledge seriously as our industry continues to evolve and change daily. He strives for elite competency when it comes to product knowledge and creative options for all mortgage scenarios. Marc continues to achieve great things, while developing his own real estate portfolio. Through savvy investment strategies and his own sweat equity he invests into his rehab projects, he continues to excel. Marc handles operations as well as business development. Aside from lending, Marc enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with his wife, Abi, son Miles, and his daughter Colbie.

Ashley takes pride in being a mother to her two wonderful kids and wife to her husband AJ. She is a former business owner and manager of her and her husband’s investment properties. Throughout the years, she has obtained a well-rounded knowledge base related to customer service, loans and property. She goes above and beyond for her clients, and her love for numbers helps her structure loans specifically to each client’s needs. When she’s not crunching numbers, she loves fostering for the local animal shelter, rafting, traveling, and any adventures with her family.

Heather became interested in real estate in 2000 when her and her husband began investing in homes in North Portland. In her “free” time (ha!) she enjoys playing with her two lovely daughters, date nights, walks with the dog, music, film, art, taking photographs, getting outdoors & camping in the beautiful Pac NW with her family. She currently also manages their investment property portfolio as well as their vacation rental properties. She also worked with her husband to build an energy efficient ADU & two other tiny houses. And of course, there is always another project brewing….in a nutshell, she loves all things Real Estate!
